Syntese Mediabuying is the only media
agency in Denmark that is solely engaged in media buying. Like media
agencies in the past, we focus on price, time and overview.
Syntese Mediabuying manages all
aspects of media buying for your campaign at an operational level. In
other words, all you need to do is to tell us what you want, and we then
handle everything from obtaining prices and negotiating to booking. As
our client, you have access to everything we know about the media market
and an insight into pricing structures and all the various market
opportunities available. We operate on the basis of the following
values: objectivity, commitment and client focus. In other words, we
always choose the media which is best for the target group, while
keeping a close eye on price and value. Sometimes you can spend too much
on exposure, and we therefore study the market to find the most
cost-effective agreements for our clients so that we always deliver the
best possible media plan.
Syntese Mediabuying ApS was
established in June 2006. We are members of the Danish Association of
Advertising and Relationship Agencies (DRRB), and the company is run by
the partners Bastian Møller and Joackim Penti. Our stated aim is to be a
media agency that exclusively focuses on buying media in order to save
precious time for busy buyers, marketing managers and directors. We want
to ensure that you, the client, have the necessary overview in the
jungle of prices, products and offers available in today’s fragmented
markets. On the basis of our considerable interest in the media and our
previous experience within sales, we ensure that our clients are always
told what is happening, and how to best be heard in a busy and confusing
business. We take a targeted approach to handling your interests, and
we save you time. We handle all media contact, which means that you can
refer all media sellers to us. We look into the prices and options for
all media. We prepare a clear media plan which you can study at your
convenience, and then we will assume responsibility for the actual
negotiations and booking of the selected slots. In short, allow us to
take over so that you can again focus on the future tasks for your
company.
Our starting point is to save our
clients time and money. We assume all contact with the media sellers
wanting to sell space, we assess every single offer and only pass on
what is relevant for our clients and what can add value in the short or
long term. Most of our clients generally know what they want. Therefore
we often receive media plans which show precisely what the object of the
campaign is, which media need to be used, and when the plan should be
executed. First, we obtain prices, then we assess whether it is possible
to implement the plan within the available budget, and whether the
solution meets the client’s requirements as far as exposure and
publicity etc. are concerned. Once these parameters have been fulfilled,
we negotiate and finalise the prices, which is important as price in
itself can justify one media rather than another. Other clients prefer
to discuss the options that we see on the basis of the campaign
objective, and then together we produce a media plan that matches the
specific criteria. Once we have decided on a solution, we follow the
same process as described above. Our focus is always on saving our
clients as much time as possible.
